Sarmad is a subsidiary company of the AGE which was incorporated in the year 1999 as a property management company which continued to grow and secured many contracts for different institutions and complexes in Qatar.

It participates in the services and maintenance of governmental agencies among which stands its most important customers the Emiri Diwan and Qatar Foundation.
